BEIJING, Oct. 18 (Xinhua) -- China will establish regulatory agencies to manage state-owned natural resource assets and monitor natural ecosystems, Xi Jinping said Wednesday.

The move is part of the plan to reform China's environmental regulation system in order to attain ecological advancement and build a beautiful China, according to a report delivered by Xi at the opening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
